Developed and managed the project through pre-production, production, and post-production. Created production schedules and workflows, shooting schedules, budgets, etc., while coordinating 5+ teams. I designed systems of organization that allowed efficient transitions between tasks and clear file management that minimized production delays.

Coordinated all stages of production, creating schedules, budgets, transportation arrangements, hiring cast + crew, and more. Managed all transfers of materials and task deadlines, resulting in production finishing ahead of schedule.
Developed the visual feel of the film, bringing that to manifestation through securing shooting locations, designing sets through mood boards, sketches, and 3D drawings, sourcing/purchasing/fabricating all set dressing, props, and special effects, as well as dressing and managing the sets/props during production.

Collaborated with the 1st Assistant Director and Producers to create daily shooting schedules by shot, planning times. Created call sheets and managed the camera team and the director during shooting efficiently, resulting in early wrap days. Managed production assistants and cast on set for quick scene and shot transitions and resets.
